The Portland Clean Energy Community Benefits Fund (PCEF) would appreciate feedback about program outcomes that should be tracked and featured in a new online dashboard. The PCEF outcomes dashboard will be an important online tool for sharing information about how PCEF dollars are spent, as well as the outcomes of our projects.

The dashboard landing page will feature five high-level program measures. From there, you'll be able to explore additional measures and view information by demographics, geography, and funding category. 

Selecting the outcomes for PCEF reporting is a critical first step to inform PCEF’s performance goals. These goals will be established by summer 2023, and will be aligned with the City of Portland's Climate Emergency Declaration — which updated the City's overall climate goals.

Completing the survey should take approximately 15 minutes.
