PCEF Application Support Funds now available for small non-profits

You can now apply for up to $5,000 to cover staff time, services, trainings  or technology that you need to prepare grant applications for the Portland Clean Energy Community Benefits Fund (PCEF) or other grants focused on addressing climate change and equity.

Organizations can request up to $5,000 total to spend on any or all of  the following expenses:  

  • Staff time or costs to participate in trainings and workshops
  • Staff time and resources to prepare applications, including grant writing resources
  • Staff time and resources for engagement in community outreach and needs assessment
  • Organizational technology needs

These funds will be allocated to small nonprofits with less than 20 full-time employees, with priority for those that serve disadvantaged and marginalized populations, particularly Black and Indigenous people.  

Apply for an Application Support Grant by July 31, 2020. We will notify awardees by Friday, Aug 10th, 2020.
