Today marks the one-year anniversary of the passage of the Portland Clean Energy Initiative — a testament to the power of community and doing things a different way. Thanks to outreach and organizing by thousands of volunteers from hundreds of Portland organizations, the ballot initiative passed on Nov. 6, 2018, with more than 65% of the vote.
