City Council Hearing

Authorize the Bureau of Planning and Sustainability Director to execute grants focused on clean energy, green infrastructure and workforce development for a total allocation not to exceed $9,235,400 from the Portland Clean Energy Community Benefits Fund (Ordinance introduced by Commissioner Rubio).

This is the second of two meetings in which the PCEF Grants Committee will deliberate on grant funding recommendations. At this meeting, the committee will decide on a package of funding recommendations for City Council approval. Specific proposals will not be discussed.
