Join us on Friday, December 5 from 1:30 to 3:00 p.m. at Albina Library (205 NE Russell St) to help shape PCEF's new Adaptive E-Bike Rebate Program. This program is designed to make e-bikes accessible for Portlanders with chronic or permanent disabilities, and your insights will guide how the program can best support adaptive riders and ensure equitable access for all. This roundtable is open to anyone involved in or passionate about the disability and adaptive cycling community in Portland.
