Are you a community-based organization interested in partnering on PCEF's 2026 E-Bike Rebate Program? Join us on Tuesday, December 2 from 1:30 to 3:00 p.m. at Albina Library (205 NE Russell St) to preview the updated program design and share feedback on how CBOs can best support Portlanders with accessing affordable e-bikes. This roundtable is open to community-based organizations that serve priority populations in Portland.
