Over the next few months, Portlanders will have multiple opportunities to have a say in the development of the first-ever Climate Investment Plan (CIP). The Portland Clean Energy Benefits Fund (PCEF) Committee will consider and then recommend the plan for City Council approval by the end of summer 2023.

We need every voice—especially those most impacted by climate change—to make sure PCEF is making investments now for a more climate-resilient future.

Here’s how you can help

Drop in at our public workshop on January 28, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at CORE PDX.
Registration is optional if you’d like reminders for this family-friendly event. Just stop by and share your thoughts on what Portland can do to become more climate resilient.

Attend our virtual listening session on January 31, from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Join us via Zoom to learn how to provide input.

Your opinions, along with thoughts shared with us from our community partners, will help us prioritize the benefits achieved through the CIP investments.
