PCEF staff invite you to a virtual listening session on March 1, from 5 - 6:30 p.m. We are committed to listening and centering the voices of Black and Indigenous people, and other disadvantaged and marginalized groups.
What: Virtual listening session for PCEF staff to hear and document community feedback on draft program elements for Equitable Tree Canopy and Regulated Affordable Housing Phase 2.
- Please email CleanEnergyFund@portlandoregon.gov if you would like to sign up for public comment in advance.
- You can sign up to provide comment during the session as well.
- Individuals will have approximately five to seven minutes to share their feedback, depending on the total number of people signed up.
- Information about the draft program elements will be available on our Climate Investment Plan webpage.

Public comment period is open February 16 through March 10. This date has been extended due to the listening session being rescheduled during the inclement weather event.
Who: Community members including members of nonprofit organizations interested in informing how the City's Portland Clean Energy Fund program invests its resources to address the climate crisis while advancing racial and social justice.
