Congratulations on your new job!
Now it’s time for New Employee Orientation (NEO); a great way to begin building community with the City’s workforce. Come hear co-workers share relevant information that will make your first days a breeze and learn what tools and resources are available to you in your new role. Since the amount of information can be overwhelming in the beginning, we’ve made the decision on whether to attend an easy one— NEO is required!
New Employee Orientation:
- Empowers you with an understanding of the City’s processes and policies to ensure you make informed decisions.
- Helps you understand all that we do in the City, for the City.
- Provides you with the unique opportunity to visit a Resource Fair, where you can speak to onsite experts about benefits, professional growth opportunities, and other resources available to you as a City employee.
