This is a refresher course for current and past City of Portland employees, where the City of Portland's online application process, and other important information in the recruitment process will be reviewed.

Connection Instructions

You will be sent Zoom Login credentials on the Monday of the week that you are scheduled to attend by email. The deadline to register for each session is two business days before the session, and we will not be able to accept late registrations, especially same-day registrations.

You will be allowed into the session 5 minutes before the start-time. 

This is a virtual event hosted via Zoom.

Course participants will review the City of Portland's online application process, types of employment, creating an account on our online Applicant Tracking System, reviewing job announcements, reviewing and submitting application materials, and interview information.

This session will only be open to current or past City of Portland employees within the last 24 months. Please register using the name that you are or were employed under the City of Portland as we will be verifying status.
