Collective Bargaining Sessions between the City of Portland and the Portland Police Association will alternate hosts. All City of Portland hosted collective bargaining sessions will be observable to the public.
Due to COVID-19, the parties have agreed that bargaining will be on Zoom, at least for now. Anyone who wants to observe bargaining must review and agree to the Observer Rules. Please use the link here to review the rules posted.
* After 150 days of bargaining, either party is legally entitled to request that negotiations go into private mediation.
