Welcome to your CityStrong Wellness Challenge center! Periodically, the CityStrong team organizes a wellness challenge event open to all employees. Joining a challenge can help you develop healthy habits and improve overall well-being. Benefit from the camaraderie and support of your community by inviting a co-worker, too, and explore where it takes you!

Insight Timer Workplace Soothing Sleep Challenge

In honor of Sleep Awareness Month in March, we invite you to join the Workplace Wellbeing Soothing Sleep Challenge on Insight Timer!

What:

10-Day Challenge on the Insight Timer app

When:

March 25th, 2024 – April 3rd, 2024

To join:

1. Install or update to the latest Insight Timer app at no cost to you as a City of Portland employee. You will have access to live yoga and movement classes, mindfulness challenges and courses, 3-minute talks and so much more! 2. Once you’ve logged in, click the Workplace button at the top of the home screen. Be sure you’ve joined the City of Portland Workplace by verifying your work email address.

3. Click the Challenges tab and select Join! Or join via this link.

To participate:

Participate by listening to any content on the app, or using features like the Timer, Check-in, or Journal. There are 3 levels of goals, bronze, silver, and gold, to help keep you motivated along the way. Each day you participate, you’ll move closer to your next goal. Try and participate each day to reach the gold level.
