Open Enrollment Information Session: Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), hosted by Navia

Curious about FSAs and how they can work for you? Join Navia, our FSA partner, for an online session to learn what's new for Flexible Spending Accounts this year.
9:00 am to 10:00 am

Open Enrollment is the time to choose how much you want to contribute to your Flexible Spending Account. An FSA, or Flexible Spending Account, lets you use pre-tax dollars to pay for eligible healthcare or dependent care expenses.  Meet with Navia to learn how to maximize this important benefit. Plus, learn about the new IRS limits for Dependent Care FSA!

Register for the May 18 FSA Webinar

IMPORTANT: Unlike other benefits, FSA elections do not carry over from year to year— if you want an FSA this year, you must enroll or re-enroll during Open Enrollment. We don't want you to miss out – so double check your FSA elections.

Learn more at portlandoregon.gov/benefits or contact your City Benefits team at benefits@portlandoregon.gov

You can make your FSA elections during Open Enrollment: May 8 - 26, 2026 through your Benefits Portal.
