Contribution amount changes are done through Voya® via your online account at prime.beready2retire.com or via the mobile app, Voya Retire.

Eligibility

You are eligible to participate in the Deferred Compensation Plan if you are a benefit eligible full-time or part-time City of Portland employee. Your participation can begin the first of the month after you complete 30 days of employment.
