Life can be stressful. Get support with CityStrong. The service provides short-term counseling for you and your dependents, helping you deal with difficulties before they become major issues. Call anytime about concerns such as marital, relationship and family problems; stress, anxiety and depression; grief and loss, job pressures and substance abuse.

City Strong GuidanceResources® is available to all bargaining units, but there are two different Employee Assistance Programs under this umbrella. Your bargaining unit determines which EAP provider you have services under.
