Get Income or Employment Verification for a City Employee

BHR provides employment verification for mortgage applications, reference checks, loan applications, apartment leases, and anything that requires proof of employment.

This form will take 5 minutes to complete. Staff will respond to your request within two (2) business days. Please note, income verifications received after 4:00pm PST will not be processed until the following business day.

Gather Request and Authorization

In accordance with the Oregon State Law, BHR is only able to provide the following information for employment verification: Dates of employment and position held.

Please note that if you are requesting additional information on behalf of a current or former City employee, you will need a completed authorization from the employee. 

You will need to provide us:

  • Your Name
  • Business Name
  • Business Address and Mailing Address
  • Contact Information
  • Employee Authorization
  • Employee Full Name 
  • Desired Return Date
