Environmental Services is making the largest investment in its North Portland wastewater treatment plant in 50 years. The Secondary Treatment Expansion Program (STEP) will expand, upgrade, and replace equipment and buildings that have been in service since the 1970s.

Secondary Treatment Expansion Program Labor-Management-Community Oversight Committee

The committee meets monthly to review data on how many women and people of color are hired for apprenticeships, workforce, and subcontracting roles as part of Secondary Treatment Expansion projects. Meetings are held online.
