Report a Sewer Odor

Please report sewer-related odors to us. Do you smell a foul odor from the Columbia Boulevard Wastewater Treatment Plant? Does a storm drain, manhole, or green street seem to have a sewer smell?

Calling or filling in the online form should take only 10 to 15 minutes.

    Have your information ready before you call:

    • What is the address or location of the odor?
    • Is the odor from the Columbia Boulevard Wastewater Treatment Plant?
    • Is the odor from a storm drain or manhole?
    • How strong is the odor?
    • How long have you smelled the odor?
    • Have you noticed the odor before?
    • What are the weather conditions including wind direction?
    • Your name, address, and telephone number, if you want the City to contact you about this problem.
