Making your report will take only a few minutes.
When reporting a spill or pollution, please provide the following:
- Location and description of the spill or pollution, including property address, nearest street intersection, or the address of an adjacent property.
- If this is a recurring problem, tell us if it occurs at a regular time of day or a particular day of the week.
You may choose to remain anonymous. If so, please let us know that when you call. However, a phone number would be helpful if your voicemail is not clear or if we have follow-up questions.
Whether you want to remain anonymous or not, we will do our best to keep your information confidential.
