Public Comment is Requested on Proposed 2020 Source Control Manual and Changes to Administrative Rule ENB-4.15

Environmental Services is updating the City's Source Control Manual (SCM) and Administrative Rule ENB-4.15. The SCM provides structural, treatment, and operational requirements to prevent pollution of soil, groundwater, and surface waters. Comments must be received by 5 p.m. Friday, Sept. 11, 2020.

Public Comment is Requested on Proposed Rules Governing System Development Charges

Environmental Services is proposing an update to Administrative Rules ENB-4.05 that govern sewer and stormwater system development charges (SDCs). This update seeks to create clarity and consistency for staff and the community through an updated SDC methodology and removal of obsolete information.
