North Bradford Sewer Project

Sewer and Stormwater
Active
Environmental Services is constructing project to abandon a deteriorated sewer pipe under North Bradford Street between Burlington and Richmond Avenues and extend the public sewer to one property. Taking these actions now will help prevent sewage releases and improve future maintenance.
Sewer extension work is expected to begin as soon as May 5, 2025, and take a few weeks to complete. Pipe abandonment work is complete.

In addition, we will be coordinating with the Portland Bureau of Transportation (PBOT) to complete these sewer improvements ahead of N Richmond Avenue & Crawford Street Local Improvement District project.  This LID will construct street, sidewalk, stormwater, sanitary sewer, water main and railroad grade crossing improvements on portions of N Richmond Avenue, N Burlington Avenue, N John Avenue, N Crawford Street and N Decatur Street.
