Environmental Services—your sewer and stormwater utility—is designing a project to replace an aging culvert underneath a driveway of Fred’s Marina. The new culvert will improve water quality, remove invasive vegetation, and restore important fish passage and habitat.
The project is currently in the design phase. Construction is anticipated to begin summer 2023 and take six months to complete.

What's Happening Now
Currently, City engineers and field crews are conducting various investigations to collect information that will help them determine what needs to be repaired or replaced and what construction methods to use for this project.
