Environmental Services—your sewer and stormwater utility—constructed a project to replace an aging culvert underneath a driveway of Fred’s Marina. The new culvert will improve water quality, remove invasive vegetation, and restore important fish passage and habitat.
Construction began in July, 2024 and is now complete.
