The sign-up process takes only five to 10 minutes to complete. Once you've registered and selected your green street(s), we will contact you within three business days to schedule an optional one-on-one training.
Step 1. Log In
If you're not already a portlandoregon.gov user, you'll need to create a new account.
If you have an account already, log in.

Step 2. Acknowledge the Disclaimer
Confirm that you've read the guide, "How to Be a Green Street Steward," and that you understand the recommended safety precautions.
Step 3. Find and Adopt Your Green Street(s)
- On the My Green Streets page, click Add facilities to go to the Green Street search page.
- Follow the instructions on the Green Street search page to locate available Green Streets. Tip: Use an exact street address, such as 123 SW Main, or use cross streets, such as SE Clinton and SE 30th.
- Once you've found an available Green Street, check the box on the left and click Add selected facilities.
- After you've adopted a location, we'll contact you to schedule a quick, one-on-one, onsite training.
