Process and Timeline
The grant application is a two-step process, including an application and a conversation with the grant review committee. The grant review committee will review applications to determine who advances to the second step.
- December 13, 2024: Review panel interest forms released
- January 15, 2025: Grant application released
- January 15 to February 14, 2025: Virtual technical assistance office hours

- January 22, 2025: Review panel interest form due
- February 4, 2025: Review panel orientation
- 5 p.m. February 14, 2025: Applications due
- March 7, 2025: Selected applicants are invited to participate in a conversation with the Grant Review Committee
- March 11 to 13, 2025: Conversations between applicants and the Grant Review Committee
- March 24, 2025: Notification of awards
- April 2025: Grantee Orientation
- April 30, 2026: Activities, projects and programs completed and funds expended
