Process and Timeline

The grant application is a two-step process, including an application and a conversation with the grant review committee. The grant review committee will review applications to determine who advances to the second step. 

  • December 13, 2024: Review panel interest forms released
  • January 15, 2025: Grant application released
  • January 15 to February 14, 2025: Virtual technical assistance office hours
  • January 22, 2025: Review panel interest form due
  • February 4, 2025: Review panel orientation
  • 5 p.m. February 14, 2025: Applications due
  • March 7, 2025: Selected applicants are invited to participate in a conversation with the Grant Review Committee
  • March 11 to 13, 2025: Conversations between applicants and the Grant Review Committee
  • March 24, 2025: Notification of awards
  • April 2025: Grantee Orientation
  • April 30, 2026: Activities, projects and programs completed and funds expended
