The City of Portland Bureau of Environmental Services and Procurement Services invite contractors who are committed to increasing opportunities for Black, Indigenous, People of Color, and women through sub-contracting and workforce apprenticeship to learn about this alternative construction delivery opportunity.

Scopes of work are expected to include:

The City expects to award up to three contracts each valued up to $3 million for the first two-year term with additional options to renew. Subcontractor Equity Program and Workforce Training & Hiring Program requirements shall apply at the task order level.
