In-person services at Development Services Center reduced to two days a week; closed Dec. 25-Jan. 1

Due to limited staffing and customer traffic, in-person services at the Development Services Center at 1900 SW 4th Ave. are limited to Tuesdays 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Thursdays 8 a.m. to noon. The DSC will be closed Dec. 25-Jan. 1 for the holidays. Please call 311 or 503-823-7300 for more information.
