In-person services at Development Services Center available two days a week, virtual appointments available daily

A pre-scheduled appointment is required for most in-person services at the Development Services Center at 1900 SW 4th Ave. In-person services are limited to Tuesdays 8AM to 4PM and Thursdays 8AM to 12PM. Self-service kiosks and Cashier are available. Please call 503-823-7300 for more information.

NSFR and New Detached ADU Permit Application is Changing on April 25, 2024!

The NSFR and New Detached ADU permit application will be changing on April 25! Applicants will now be able to apply and upload documents in DevHub using our new application.

Incomplete applications for these permits will be removed after our new application goes into effect on April 25, 2024.
