Enable ProjectDox Pop-Ups in Safari

ProjectDox uses pop-up windows. If you tap on something in ProjectDox and nothing seems to happen, it’s likely that Safari is blocking ProjectDox from opening pop-up windows. Follow the steps below to enable pop-ups in Safari.

  1. Leave Safari and open the iPad Settings app.
  2. Scroll down the list and select Safari
  3. In the General section, locate Block Pop-ups. If the Block Pop-ups switch is on the right and lit green, tap the toggle to disable.
The toggle will be on the left and will no longer be green.

  2. Scroll down the list and select Safari
