Action Required: Browser Cache Clearing
The Brava Viewer is integrated in ProjectDox and used to view drawings and markups. A Brava Viewer update was installed on August 17th to address batch stamping errors. In order for these updates to completely install you will need to clean your web browser’s cache. Please follow the steps from our Quick Step Guide to clear your browser's cache:

Reminder: Internet Explorer is the preferred browser for ProjectDox.
Update to Known Issue: "Job Process Failed"
Have you ever received a "Job Process Failed" error when publishing Microsoft files? We are pleased to report that this issue has been resolved. You should now be able to upload Microsoft documents without having to convert them to PDF.
