Enable ProjectDox Pop-Ups in Firefox

ProjectDox uses pop-up windows. If you tap on something in ProjectDox and nothing seems to happen, it’s likely that Firefox is blocking ProjectDox from opening pop-up windows.  Follow the instructions below to enable pop-ups in Firefox.

  1. Open Google Chrome.
  2. Tap the three vertical dots (...) at the top-right of the browser.
  3. Select Site settings.
  4. Select Pop-ups and redirects.
  5. If Pop-ups and redirects are blocked, the text reads: "Block sites from showing pop-ups and redirects (recommended)", tap the toggle.
The toggle should now be to the Right and the text should read: "Allowed."
  6. Tap back arrow in the upper-left corner.

Clear Browsing Data in Chrome

Most problems with ProjectDox occur because pop-ups are disabled, which is addressed above, or because old web browsing data needs to be cleared out. Follow the steps below to clear Chrome's browser cache, cookies, history, and other website data.

  1. Open Google Chrome.
  2. Tap the three vertical dots (...) at the top-right of the browser.
  3. Tap Settings
  4. Select Delete browsing data.
  5. Make sure Cookies and Cached images and files are checked.
Open tabs, Clearing Browsing History, Site permissions, and downloads are optional and will not impact ProjectDox performance. If you do not want these deleted, de-select them before proceeding.
  6. Tap Clear browsing data.
