A new tab in your browser will open and, after a moment with a “Loading Viewer” spinner, the document or drawing will appear. The document will display in Edge’s built-in PDF viewer, which lacks the features of ProjectDox Viewer.
  8. To access the full features of the ProjectDox View, tap the three dots (...) at the bottom of the browser.
  9. Initially, the menu only shows some of the options. Tap and gently drag the menu upward to reveal the remaining options.
  10. Tap View desktop site.
The file page will reload, opening your file with the BRAVA navigation tools (i.e. annotate, measure, etc.).

Enable ProjectDox Pop-Ups in Edge

ProjectDox uses pop-up windows. If you tap on something in ProjectDox and nothing seems to happen, it’s likely that Edge is blocking ProjectDox from opening pop-up windows. You will need to enable pop-ups within Edge.

  1. Open Microsoft Edge.
  2. Tap the three dots (...) at the bottom of the browser.
  3. Select Site settings.
  4. Select Pop-ups and redirects.

  5. If Pop-ups and redirects are blocked, the toggle will be to the left and the text reads: "Block sites from showing pop-ups and redirects (recommended)", tap the toggle.
The toggle should now be to the Right and the text should read: "Allowed."
  6. Tap back arrow in the upper-left corner.

Clear Browsing Data in Edge

Most problems with ProjectDox occur because pop-ups are disabled, which is addressed above, or because old web browsing data needs to be cleared out. Follow the steps below to clear Edge's browser cache, cookies, history, and other website data.

  1. Open Microsoft Edge.
  2. Tap the three dots (...) at the bottom of the browser.
  3. Select Site Settings.
  4. Select Privacy and Security.
  5. Tap Clear browsing data to enter a new menu.
  6. Make sure Cookies and Site Data and Cached images and files are checked.
If you do not want your Browsing History, Saved Passwords, and Autofill Data deleted, de-select them.
  7. Tap Clear data at the bottom right corner of the browser.
