Request a trade permit reactivation- electrical (ET), mechanical (MT) or plumbing (PT)

• To request a trade permit reactivation for a permit that was previously issued or under inspection, that may have expired or been voided, please email us at bdsinspections@portlandoregon.g…. Please include:
  • the full permit number
  • the IVR number
  • your name
  • your role (for example, architect or homeowner)
  • the property address 
  • your phone number
  • your email address 
• If your permit was under review and it expired but is not yet void, please complete this form.
