The Oregon Building Codes Division adopted the new 2023 editions of the Oregon Residential Specialty Code (ORSC), Oregon Plumbing Specialty Code (OPSC) and Oregon Electrical Specialty Code (OESC).
Chapter 1 of the new ORSC, which addresses the scope and administration of the revised code, became effective Oct. 1.
