At this time, a permit application is under review by the Bureau of Development Services and other City bureaus. This application proposes a “new tilt-up concrete tilt-up semi-heated warehouse building with one office tenant space” and “associated site work.”
Included in the review of the permit application is a determination of whether the proposed development is allowed under current zoning and meets all applicable development standards for the site (General Employment 2). The review of the permit application also considers whether the proposed project meets the requirements of state and local building codes.
City staff provides an objective review of the permit application and evaluates its conformance to established requirements in zoning and building codes. If a permit application conforms to established codes, a permit is issued and construction may begin.
