Notice of Proposed Permanent Administrative Rule for Accessory Short-Term Rental (ASTR) Permit Compliance

Public Notice
The proposed rule establishes procedures for self-certification and inspections demonstrating compliance with Type A ASTR requirements. The proposed rule would make the existing interim rule a permanent rule, with no changes.

Public Hearing: There was no request for a hearing on this proposed permanent administrative rule that was received by the deadline of 5 p.m. on March 12. Therefore, the public hearing tentatively scheduled for March 22 has been cancelled.
