Due to a version update from Avolve, the ProjectDox system will be unavailable for approximately 12 hours starting Thursday, September 24 at 1 p.m. Customers planning to upload plans to ProjectDox on September 24, 2020 must do so before noon. Similarly, City staff amidst review in ProjectDox will need to exit the application and save work before 1 p.m. on September 24.
The ePlans Team will be in communication with the vendor to determine the timeline for testing the new version into production over the weekend. ProjectDox is anticipated to be fully functional during business hours on Friday, September 25, 2020.
