Online Survey Available to Share Your Views on Updates to Portland’s Tree Code

This survey is no longer accepting responses.

You are invited to share your views about updates to the City of Portland’s tree code through an online survey that is available through Friday, May 15.

The Bureau of Development Services, Bureau of Planning and Sustainability, and Portland Parks and Recreation are taking a look at Portland’s tree code to address concerns about the removal of trees in certain types of development situations. The Portland City Council directed these bureaus to reach out to the public and develop specific proposals for the City Council’s consideration later this year.

The online survey is one way you can share perspectives and ideas to help shape the proposal that will be released this summer for further public review and comment. Your responses are confidential.

The survey is brief and should take less than 10 minutes to complete. Please click on the link above to begin. Learn more about potential tree code amendments online. Thank you for your interest in improving Portland’s tree code.

Please subscribe to receive other Bureau of Development Services notifications.
