The end of 2019 marked a very busy and successful year for the PDX ePlans Team, Process Managers, Reviewers, and external stakeholders alike. After having piloted three projects in the fall of 2018, all Process Managed projects had the option to submit plans electronically in January of 2019 and several eager applicants jumped at the opportunity!
PDX ePlans by the numbers
- Trained over 160 applicants including architects, permit expediters, contractors and other design professionals
- Trained over 140 reviewers across 20 work groups
- Issued 8 main building permits, as well as 6 partial permits
- Issued 7 deferred submittals and 8 revision permits
- 26 main building permits, 12 partial permits, 13 deferred submittals, and 5 Revisions are currently in process
