Streamlined online permitting is available now on Development Hub PDX
The new online permitting system, Development Hub PDX, is live starting July 1, 2019. Development Hub PDX is our new and improved customer portal. Development Services is introducing DevHub as part of the Portland Online Permitting System. Development Hub expands our online permitting capabilities beyond trade permits to include electrical permits, plumbing permits and more.
Using our new online permitting system, customers can now:
- apply for more permit types online
- schedule inspections for trade permits obtained online
- pay for various fees with more flexible payment options
- make multiple payments at once
- download billing statements and receipts.
Our old permitting system was developed back in 2005. Available technology has advanced beyond what our system was able to do. We can now offer our new expanded system, which offers so much more. Both systems are available to use until noon on August 1, 2019. Customers will have time to get comfortable with the new system before we retire the old system. Customers and staff can still use the old system until August 1, 2019 at 12 p.m.
