In-person services at Development Services Center to close at noon on Fridays, starting in July

Beginning the week of July 3, the Development Services Center at 1900 SW 4th Ave. will close to walk-in customers at noon on Fridays. All other hours for in-person services remain unchanged. You can apply and pay for permits online 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Independence Day 2019 hours of operation

The Bureau of Development Services and all City Offices will be closed Thursday, July 4, 2019 for the Independence Day holiday.

On Friday, July 5^th the Development Services Center (1^st Floor) and Permitting Services (2^nd Floor) will be closed. All other Bureau offices and services will be open and operating on July 5^th and scheduled inspections will be performed.

Access to BDS Permits Online for simple residential trade permits (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) will be available through our website.
