ePlans Users: ProjectDox will be unavailable at noon on November 8th for version update

The City of Portland’s vendor for ProjectDox ePlans, Avolve, has released a version update to the application for improved performance and bug fixes. The ProjectDox system will be temporarily unavailable starting at 12 p.m. on Friday, November 8th during the upgrade. Customers planning to upload plans to ProjectDox on November 8th must do so before noon. Similarly, City staff amidst review in ProjectDox will need to exit the application and save work on November 8th before noon. 

The ePlans Team will be in communication with the vendor to determine the timeline for testing the new version into production over the weekend. ProjectDox is anticipated to be fully functional on Monday, November 11.
