Property Compliance Division: Temporary Suspension of Fee-Paid, Residential Fire Inspections

Public Notice
The Development Services Property Compliance Division is temporarily suspending residential, fee-paid, fire damage inspections to identify necessary repairs, and specify required building permits. We are suspending this service pending a safety review of these inspections.

Property Compliance Division: Temporary Suspension of Fee-Paid, Residential Fire Inspections

Effective January 28, 2019, BDS will not be processing applications for fee-paid fire damage inspection requests. Any previously submitted and pending fire damage inspection requests will be assessed to see if the structure can be safely inspected. If not, the applicant will be issued an inspection fee refund.
