Delayed Opening on December 11, 2018 Annual Bureau-wide Employee Gathering & Appreciation Event


The Development Services Center (1st floor)


 Permitting Services Center (2nd floor)


 Reception Desk (5th floor)


CH2M Reception Desk (2020 SW 4th Ave - 10th floor) 


 will open at 9 a.m.

Access to BDS Permits Online for simple residential trade permits (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) will be available through our website.

Tech Support for Permits Online will also be delayed until 9 a.m.
