Winter holiday closure schedule
In order to better manage customer requests, BDS will have additional closures that coincide with official City holidays during the winter 2018/19 season.
- All City offices will be closed on Christmas Day (December 25, 2018) and New Year’s Day (January 1, 2019).
- The Development Services Center (1st floor) and Permitting Services Center (2nd floor) will be closed all day on Christmas Eve (December 24, 2018) and New Year’s Eve (December 31, 2018).
- Residential Permit Night will be canceled on December 20 and 27, 2018 and January 3 and 10, 2019.
- Outside of official holidays (December 25 and January 1), BDS will be open for regular business and requested daily inspections will be performed.
Access to BDS Permits Online for simple residential trade permits (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) will be available through our website.
