Multnomah County is taking the lead to provide our community with the first vehicular bridge in downtown Portland that will be immediately usable after a major earthquake. This joint briefing is intended to share the progress that has been made since the last joint Historic Landmarks Commission and Design Commission Design Advice Request in 2021 and outline upcoming opportunities for public and commission engagement in the project.
