Type III Historic Resource Review for the replacement of 88 light poles and fixtures: 84 within Mt Tabor Park and 4 light poles in the SE Taylor Street right-of-way, that are part of an existing and historic illuminated circulation system. Replacement poles and fixtures will be installed in approximately the same location as the current ones.

The proposal is an amendment (continuation sheet) to the existing National Register of Historic Places nomination form for the Hotel Alma (Crystal Hotel) to include LGBTQ+ history as an area of historic significance. The Commission will be asked to make an advisory recommendation to the State Advisory Committee on Historic Preservation.

The proposal is National Register of Historic Places nomination for the Erv Lind Field (Normandale Field) for significance in the areas of Women’s, LGBTQ+, and Entertainment/Recreation history. The Commission will be asked to make an advisory recommendation to the State Advisory Committee on Historic Preservation.

BRIEFING - National Register Review - 539 SW Broadway

The proposal is a National Register of Historic Places nomination form for the Alderway Building, a 1911 as a vaudeville theater that was adapted into a retail/office building in 1928. The Commission will be asked to make an advisory recommendation to the State Advisory Committee on Historic Preservation.
