A follow-up on the January 2023 briefing on creating standards and guidelines for the PBOT Healthy Business Permit program (street seats and street plazas).

DAR for proposed redevelopment of the Jefferson High School buildings and campus located in the Piedmont Conservation District. Proposed alterations include either complete or partial demolition of the existing contributing buildings and site amenities: track, fields, parking areas, etc. to be replaced with new buildings, track, fields, parking areas, etc. The following Modifications are anticipated but, due to schematic drawings, additional Modifications may be identified:
