Design Advice Request (DAR) meeting for a proposal to build a 4-story structure with four dwelling units and parking in ground floor garages in the Irvington Historic District. This replaces a non-contributing structure. The fourplex will have approximately 11,000 SF of living space. Each unit will have a basement and a ground-floor garage with three levels of living space above. The 5,000 SF site is located at the intersection of NE 12th Ave and NE Schuyler St and is a block north of NE Broadway.
