Design Advice Request Meeting for a proposal to construct a 11-story, 200-unit apartment tower, including affordable housing.   The development is an addition to the east half of the Honeyman Hardware Historic Landmark block where some demolition of the existing Historic Block is proposed.  The proposal would include 120 below grade parking stalls, ground floor retail, tenant amenity space, and an ecoroof.  No Modifications or Adjustments to the Zoning Code are anticipated at this time.
